For our Industrial Process (IP) value center, we are looking for a Supervisor, IT Enterprise Infrastructure Services to provide hands-on leadership in executing the programs, projects, and day-to-day operational responsibilities in delivery of end user support and infrastructure services for ITT’s Industrial Process (IP) value center.

Supervisor, IT Enterprise Infrastructure Services (m/f/d)

Location: Wiesbaden, Germany
 



Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a geographically distributed IT service desk team in delivering day-to-day IT operations and support.
  • Execute effective talent management activities including goal setting, performance reviews, individual development planning, succession planning, coaching, and issue resolution.
  • Support IT and OT environments, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning. The scope includes wired and wireless data and voice networks, physical cabling, network security, servers, storage, voice services, telecom circuits /services, desktop services, multimedia systems (conference room AV), and other related technologies.
  • Maintain visibility in incidents, tasks, and requests trends, using KPIs and relevant tools (ServiceNow or any other incident management tool) and continuously improve service delivery.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with strong customer and service orientation
  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions
  • Drive infrastructure transformation, improvements and enhancements initiatives across on‑premises and cloud environments
  • Propose and manage the rationalization and consolidation of services across sites, countries, and regions to reduce costs, improve service quality, and standardize user experiences.
  • Deliver relevant IT projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of system upgrades, migrations, and installations.
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and corporate standards in collaboration with cybersecurity teams
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee service level agreements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
     


Your skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure or a related technical field.
  • Experience working in a large, multinational organization with diverse teams across regions with leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of server architecture, networking, virtualization, storage, and operating systems.
  • Proficiency in the following technologies:
    • Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365.
    • Virtualization platforms: VMware vSphere/ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V.
    • Cisco technologies: Routers, switches, wireless LAN controllers (WLC), RF planning, routing protocols.
    • Monitoring tools and performance metrics.
    • Scripting tools
  • Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
  • Ability to oversee and implement security measures for infrastructure-related data, equipment, and facilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and controlled data environments.
  • Experience working in a SOX-compliant or regulated environment is a plus
